The emblems, insignia, and web pages of the Bergen County Police Department are copyrighted material. Therefore it is the policy of this department that no person may display, copy, use, or trade any of the official emblems, insignia, or web pages without the express written consent of the Chief of Police of the Bergen County Police Department. Based upon this policy, the trading of the official departmental patch is forbidden and any and all requests will be denied.
